The Problem

With a large and diverse sales team, GoGetta wanted to upgrade their email marketing platform to Pardot to utilise it’s more transparent integration with their sales CRM, Salesforce and place fresh leads on automated nurture sequences.

This meant rebuilding a complex network of automated emails and HTML templates from their current email marketing platform Sign-Up.to, in Pardot, without interrupting their marketing schedule.

With the more advanced features of Pardot now available, a more detailed and transparent lead scoring system could be implemented to give sales staff the extra information they could use to close more deals.

The Solution

The first step in migrating GoGetta to Pardot was creating a new range of templates which were compatible with Pardot’s drag-and-drop editor.

To do this, our graphic design team took the design of their current templates and re-designed them to fit the structure of Pardot’s editor. Our developers then converted the designs to HTML, adding them to the Pardot Template Library for the marketing team.

We built the first series of email campaigns scheduled to be sent from Pardot for GoGetta, giving them a base of campaigns ready while they got accustomed to the new platform and templates.

These things combined to help the GoGetta team make a smooth transition to a more efficient sales and marketing process. GoGetta leads now experience more personalised marketing and conversations with sales staff, creating more conversions and happy customers.

The Results

Andzen gave us the attention and quality of work to ensure we got off to the best possible start with Pardot. We’ve seen a complete re-definition of our sales processes and thanks to the hard work of Andzen, our new emails are working perfectly within our larger strategy.
