We are stoked to reveal Andzen has been shortlisted for Anthill’s Top 100 Cool Company Awards!

The award recognises companies that stay one step ahead of the pack. The innovators, entrepreneurs, creative geniuses, or essentially any team who can solve problems laterally with commercial success. These companies aim for positive office culture with a playful approach to strategic thinking and business development. Anthill is looking for the company that has it all. A company that has the X-Factor. An impressive feat hey? We think so too.

Now, what makes Andzen so cool I hear you say? A lot, really. However, we’ll spare you a Kanye-esque rant and get to the fast facts that really matter.
Our culture. We put our client’s customers first to create exciting and engaging campaigns that ultimately lead to conversions.
Our agility. As required, the Andzen team pivot and adapt to the latest innovations in new media and technology.
The fire in our belly. We have the constant drive to innovate and learn, ultimately sharing knowledge and skills with our clients.

Despite our skyrocketing excitement, our ego’s have remained firmly planted on earth. As loud and proud as we are, we won’t be re-branding or jumping on the ‘disruptors’ or ‘game-changers’ (take your pick of buzzwords) bandwagon anytime soon. We’re sticking with the simple fact that we do great marketing. Companies can innovate and drastically disrupt industries however their success, more often than not, comes down to good ol’ fashioned marketing.

Funnily enough, that’s what we do best.

Lifecycle marketing, specifically, is our game of choice. We convert interest for your products and services, help build sales and maintain long-term relationships. Adapting and evolving with customers over time is what we’re all about. Ultimately we help you nurture them through the customer journey where they continue down the pipeline as loyal brand advocates. We don’t provide a quick fix solution, we’re in it for the long haul.

At heart we’re marketing geeks, so being shortlisted as a cool company is pretty ironic. Agency life isn’t all “chillin’ out, maxin’, relaxin’ all cool…” we work tirelessly to see results from our hard work. When our clients succeed, so do we. It’s a reflection of our team and the effort that goes into nurturing our client’s consumers through product lifecycles. E-commerce? Customer journeys? We’re all over it.

We’d like to give a massive shout out and thanks to our own customers who let us do what we do best. We are absolutely pumped to be shortlisted and can’t wait to meet the 99 other cool Aussie businesses at the awards night on December 8.

About Nicole Klinakis

A tea enthusiast and eager marketing youngster all the same. With an undergrad in Marketing and a post-grad in Creative Advertising underway, my interests lie in branding and innovative customer experiences that will cement relationships for the long haul. I definitely swing to the creative side when it comes to marketing. I love everything about content creation, social media and copywriting, and have a curiosity for e-commerce. In my short but sweet working life I’ve dabbled in range of industries, my favourites being travel and nutrition, but the best part about working for Andzen is that I get to specialise in a variety areas on a daily basis. It could be mining one moment and menswear the next - every day holds something different and I’m always up for the challenge! When I’m not in the office you’ll find me playing outdoors, either working out or lazing on the beach…usually with my head buried in a book. I also find adventuring across the globe with an Aperol Sprtiz in-hand quite enjoyable.
